Proven experience in multi-site operations (ideally food and beverages) with control of large budgets Relevant Management degree and/or with overall 15+ years experience in Food and Beverage industry. Be aware of the developments in the Food and Beverage industry and its relevance to Hatti Food and Beverages Achievement of business, financial and balance scorecard goals through great execution Provide inputs for decision making regarding opening and closing/relocation of outlets Finalise Loyalty programs in concurrence with Working Board Provide inputs on proposed locations for outlet Take active part in marketing plan for the various business segments for which responsible Review the Income Statement on monthly basis within the stipulated time and bring in efficiency to increase sales and reduce costs thereby maximizing outlet level profitability Review the Monthly Sales in line with the review parameters finalized with the Working Board Engaging with, leading and developing people at all levels of the business Ensuring alignment of multifunctional teams to deliver challenging objectives in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment Driving a continuous improvement to improve operational performance metrics Delivering excellence in customer service
